About Me
I’m a self-care enthusiast, coffee drinking, therapy nerd. I am a lifelong learner and it took me 50 years before I really began to embrace my authentic self! When not working with clients, I enjoy exploring new coffee shops, playing pickleball, and spending time with my favorite people traveling. It is never too late to become the best version of yourself. Fun Fact about me: I spend Mondays and Fridays baking and shopping for a magical coffee shop https://www.ridgetopcoffeeandtea.com
